All orders are processed within 3 – 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging before shipping.


🚚 Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time after order processing is:

  • 2 – 5 business days

Please note: Delivery time may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and other unforeseen factors.


⚠️ Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Shipping carrier issues

Velouuraa is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.


🔁 Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order, please send an email with the subject: "CANCEL" to: support@velourajewelry.info


🧾 Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us immediately.
We can only correct the address within 24 hours of placing the order.


📷 Damaged Items

Although we pack every item carefully with extra padding, in rare cases, items may arrive damaged due to carrier mishandling.

If you receive a damaged item, please email us with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged product

We will send you a replacement free of charge.
